Teeth discoloration is a very common dental problem. It can be caused by drinking coffee, tea, cola, and red wine, as well as smoking. Teeth can also be stained and darkened as a result of the ageing process. 

The home whitening kit is an effective and easy way to whiten your teeth and maintain it yourself. It’s very fast, and requires minimal effort to do. 

The process starts by taking measurements of your teeth to create a mould. Once that’s done, you will get a set of whitening tray and gel to use at home. 

There are whitening trays, strips, and paint-on products available, along with a variety of whitening accessories.You may whiten your teeth at home at any time of day or night, for brief or prolonged durations.These portable whitening strips can be used while on the go or at work as well. 

Aftercare

To avoid staining your teeth, avoid certain foods and drinks or consume them in moderation to help maintain the whitening results of your treatment. Tea, coffee, red wine, cola, and other beverages fall within this category.

To prevent stains from reappearing, follow a proper oral hygiene (brushing and flossing) routine and visit your dentist and hygienist on a regular basis for tooth cleanings.
